Unfortunately for the banker followers Pavlyuchenkova couldn't finish the job for us yesteray. After easily securing the first three legs the big Russian dropped the first set and thus the tickets were ripped up. Anyway onwards and upwards as the draw starts to heat up the tennis should improve. Let's try and make some money through the best again

Banker
A. Kerber     2 -0 - Kerber is on a roll and against a lowly opponent today should do it in straight sets.

M. Keys     - was impressive on Monday and has a big future ahead. Plays the number 30 seed today however she will be too smart and agile for her. danger will come against the stronger opponents

F Verdasco - back on board the Verdasco wagon! did it tough in five sets Monday but just knows how to get the job done on these courts. good value today.

D Ferrer 3-0 - Machine at the moment. Another semi finals looming, take in three easy sets today.

Returns $3.64

After day one of the Australian open the biggest lesson learn't is that the top of the tree is a long way from the bottom. Maria Sharapova defeating her opponent 6-0 6-0 without having played a match in 2 months could be a sign to follow for the first week.

The Banker - we aim to not drop a set here with four players with class edge

Andy Murray 3-0

Del Potro 3-0

Pavlyuchenkova 2-0

Azarenka 2-0

Returns $3.65

Wildcard multi

Benjamin Becker - Becker has improved his ranking from 302 to 66 in the last year and looks over the odds here for a player of his experience in grand slams.

Grega Zemlja - is well over the odds for this match against the clay court specialists Gronollers. Zemlja put together some solid performances on hard courts towards the back end of 2012 and he can get the win here.

Cilic to win 3 sets to 2 -  the Australians are lifting in front of the home crowd however struggling to win the big points. In a game which should be service based Matosevic can pinch a couple of sets with Cilic's class getting him home late.

Becker/Zemlja/Cilic 3-2 sets = $36.00
